1. What types of clothing do you offer?

We offer a wide range of stylish and trendy clothing. Our clothing is designed to make you stand out from the crowd with unique features. The catalog is organized in collections of item categories (tops, dresses etc) or styles (boho, formal etc).

2. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase. You can either browse all items or shop by category (tops, dresses etc). For a specific style, you can browse the styles collections from the main navigation. Once you choose your items, pick the right size and color and add them to your cart. Once you are done shopping you can proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, we will process it and send you a confirmation email.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Choose the option that is most convenient for you during the checkout process.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping times range from 3-7 business days if the delivery destination is in the UAE, 7-21 days for international shipping. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We also accept returns if you receive the item damaged upon delivery/received the wrong item etc, if the issue is communicated to us within 2 days from the delivery date.
