How to return order
Contact us on Whatsapp (+971 50 5114177) or email (contact@kayotekstyles.com) to apply for return of any items from your order, and please share your order details, preferred time and date for collection. The refund confirmation will be sent to you after we receive the product back. Please refer to the full return policy before contacting us.
Return/Refund
We offer free pickup fees on the first return on your order that is applicable for UAE orders only, you will be also able to apply for any additional returns for the same order at your own cost. Please ensure availability at the return pickup time that you choose. If you are not available at the pickup time, please note that the driver can not reschedule and you may return the package at your own cost.
Please be advised that international order returns are not free, you are able to still issue a return application at your own cost for return fees, we will provide you with the return address and if you meet the conditions mentioned below, we will issue the full refund accordingly. Please contact your residence country’s national post office for details.
We will issue full refund on the returned products, only after receiving the products back, and please allow at least 7 working days for the refund to be processed after we issue it. There are conditions for us to accept the return before we issue the full refund;
1-The return application must be issued within 14 days from the confirmed destined delivery date.
2-The returned products must be in good condition; undamaged, unwashed, unperfumed, unworn, which means tags and labels should be still intact to the piece. If the returned product does not meet this condition, only partial refund will be issued.
Please note that we do not offer any exchange for products, we only offer refunds, which means if the item is not your desired size or material, you can still apply for the refund as long as you meet the mentioned conditions, and reorder your desired size.
Our Liability
In case of any mistake from our side, we will be responsible. For example;
1-If the product is unavailable, we will issue automatic full refund for the unavailable items.
2-If you are sent the wrong order (size or color) or wrong quantities, please communicate with us within 2 days from the delivery date to your destination. We will resend you the correct order free of charge, if it is still available. If the quantity is not correct and you are missing items, we will resend you the missing items free of charge. If the order replacement or missing items are no longer available, we will refund you the wrong/missing products price, in addition to 5% discount code for your next order.
3-If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will accept the refund of products, only if it is communicated to us within 2 days from the delivery date to your destination and only with provided evidence of the damage. We have the right to request evidence, and once we investigate that the damage is indeed from our side, we will issue full refund to you, in addition to a 10% discount code for your next order.
4-In case of lost package, please allow 30 days from the tracking number issue date, if the package is still not delivered to you, please communicate with us and we will issue full refund of your order’s cost, in addition to delivery fees charged.
While communication about any type of return, please mention the reason for return as this helps us improve our services for the future.
We are only liable for the amount you paid for the products, and not any amount exceeding that. We are not liable to you for substantial or indirect losses. The contract does not exclude or limit your statutory rights and it does not exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury due to our irresponsibility or fraud. Only those who are part of the contract have rights under the contract.
We are not liable for consequences that are caused by any event outside our control, known as “Force Majeure Event”. The contract is suspended throughout the period of the Force Majeure Event, and will be extended for a certain period of time that is equal to the Force Majeure Event period, meanwhile we will try to provide you with a suitable alternative to continue the performance of services.
